ORLANDO, Fla. - Thursday will be a very cool, wet day in Central Florida, but relief is right around the corner.

"Rain chances will start off at 90 percent before tapering off to 50 percent for the afternoon drive," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said, adding that nearly 2 inches of rain fell in some spots of Central Florida on Wednesday.
The high temperature will reach the upper 50s in Orlando.
"Lots of clouds into the afternoon will keep temperatures from warming much," Bridges said.
Overnight lows will be near 50 degrees.
Friday will be warmer and dry, with highs in the mid-70s.
Highs over the weekend in Orlando soar into the 80s, with a 20 percent chance of rain.
