ORLANDO, Fla. – The Central Florida forecast will be a treat for the Halloween weekend.
"Once again, high pressure to our north will send an east-northeast breeze into Central Florida," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "That breeze will kick up to 25 mph or greater into the afternoon on Friday."
There's a 10 percent chance for a couple of showers through the day.
The high will reach 85 degrees in Orlando, which is close to the average of 83.
"Expect a mix of sun and clouds through the day," Bridges said.
Rain chances will remain out of the picture into Monday and most of next week.
Expect highs in the mid-80s on Saturday, Sunday and on Halloween.
"Trick-or-treat temperatures will be in the mid-70s around sunset, which is near 7 p.m.," Bridges said. "Sunset on Halloween will be at 6:41 p.m."
Meanwhile, there is an area of low pressure in the tropics that has no chance of development, according to officials.
"The hurricane center is watching it anyway as it's just to the east of the Yucatán peninsula," he said. "It will not impact Florida."
