ORLANDO, Fla. -

The summer-weather pattern continues Tuesday in Central Florida, with highs in the 90s and a chance of rain, although the chance of getting wet will be lower.

"Sinking air from high pressure and drier air working in around that high pressure will lead to lower rain chances for Tuesday in the Orlando area," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Rain chances are 30 percent Tuesday afternoon.

High temperatures were a degree below average on Monday as students went back to school in Central Florida.  The average high temperature is 92.

Temperatures will reach 93 degrees on Tuesday.

Rain chances will be at 30 percent Thursday and Friday with highs in the low 90s.

The chance of rain stands at 40 percent into the weekend.
