ORLANDO, Fla. -

High temperatures in the mid-90s and storms are in the Central Florida forecast.

"Storms will develop and move from west to east Tuesday afternoon," said Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges, who forecast the coverage of rain in Central Florida at 40 percent.

The high in Orlando will reach 95 degrees.  The average high temperature is 91.

Overnight lows will be in the mid- to upper 70s.

"The weather story will be the heat in the coming days across Central Florida," Bridges said.

High temperatures remain near the mid-90s all week.

Rain chances increase on Thursday and Friday to 60 percent.

"Rain sticks around for the weekend with highs in the mid-90s," Bridges said.
