ORLANDO, Fla. – After another hot, dry day in Central Florida, rain is expected to head to the region.

Tuesday's high in Orlando will reach 90 degrees, with a 10 percent chance of rain. The overnight low will be 71.
"Tropical energy and moisture is coming together near the Bahamas and will bring rain Wednesday and Thursday for Central Florida," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.
The high temperature on Wednesday will reach 89 degrees, with a 40 percent coverage of rain. The overnight low will be 72.
Rain chances increase to 60 percent on Thursday, and there will be a high of 88 degrees.
"Rain chances taper off by late Friday," said Bridges, who put Friday's high at 86 degrees.
The weekend will be dry, with highs in the mid- to upper 80s.
