ORLANDO, Fla. -

A possible lightning strike ignited a home in Bay Hill as storms moved across Central Florida.

Orange County Fire Rescue said the fire, which was likely started from a lightning strike, was reported at a home on Ivey Hill Court.

It's not known if there were any injuries reported.

Meanwhile, the rain continued on Friday morning into the afternoon bringing heavy rain and thunderstorms.

"A front will stall out just north of the Orlando metro as it brings heavy rain and a few thunderstorms Friday and Saturday," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

There's a 70 percent chance of rain Friday, and the high temperature will reach 86 degrees.  The overnight low will be 67 degrees.

Saturday's high will be 80, with a 70 percent chance of rain.  The overnight low drops to 62.

"The rain ends by Sunday, with a high temperature of 84 degrees," Bridges said.

Rip currents will be moderate  through the weekend with seas from 3 to 4 feet.

Next workweek shows highs in the mid- to upper 80s with no rain chances through Wednesday.
