Spring-like weather to remain for days in Central Florida

Rain chances increase for Daytona 500

ORLANDO, Fla. – High pressure continues to dominate the weather in Central Florida, bringing dry and sunny conditions to the Orlando area.

High temperatures heat up to 80 degrees on Tuesday, with sunny skies.

"Southeast winds will be light, but they will bring in warmer air," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

The overnight low will be in the upper 50s.

Temperatures will reach the mid-80s from Wednesday through the weekend, but rain chances return at 10 percent on Friday and 20 percent on Saturday and Sunday.

For the Daytona 500 on Sunday, temperatures warm into the low 80s, with a 20 percent chance for rain.
