Warm weekend follows cool start in Central Florida

Rain chances increase for Sunday in Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. - After a cool start Friday morning across Central Florida, temperatures will warm up quickly.

"After starting out in the 30s and 40s, temperatures will warm into the mid-70s for many areas," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

The overnight low in Orlando will be in the mid-50s.

Saturday will be warmer, with a high of 80 degrees and no chance of rain.

The high temperature on Sunday will be 85 degrees.

"Rain chances roll in by Sunday evening to 40 percent," Bridges said.

There's a 60 percent rain chance of rain on St. Patrick's Day, with a high of 82.
