Florida's gas prices spike higher than national average

AAA: Florida average now stands at $3.63 per gallon

With the rise in gas prices, it's not necessarily the areas with the highest prices that are hurt the most, but those where people drive the most. The state average price of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.63 a gallon, according to AAA. The average price in Florida is now more than 12 cents higher than the national average, which stands at $3.51 a gallon.
