Aldi is planning several hiring events in Central Florida as part of its mission to bring close to 100 new jobs to the region.
The grocery retailer is planning to hire store associates, which start at $12 per hour; shift managers, which start at $16.50 per hour; and manager trainees, which start at $49,920 annually, with the opportunity to earn up to $90,000 per year if promoted to store manager.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, must be available to work any time between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. daily, must be able to pass a drug screening and background check and must be able to lift at least 45 pounds.
A high school diploma or GED and prior retail experience is preferred.
Six hiring events are planned across Central Florida between Aug. 14 and Aug. 22. Details on those events are available below.
