6 Things To Do in Central Florida: Sept. 15-18

Friday, Sept. 16: Free Movie in the Park at Viera Regional Community Center and Park, 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera. 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.  Chronicles of Narnia showing at 7:45 p.m. Bring the family, chairs and blankets to watch a movie under the stars.

Saturday, Sept. 17: Scotty McCreery at Oviedo Amphitheater at Center Lake Park, Oviedo. 7 p.m. Tickets start at $30. More info.

Saturday, Sept. 17: Go Party Food Truck Festival at 2911 E Robinson St, Orlando. 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Free, but must register free entry ticket. Food trucks, full bar, variety of games, karaoke, live art, kids area and more. $20 unlimited mimosas, sangria and wine from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. More info.

Saturday, Sept. 17: UCF vs Maryland at home, Bright House Networks Stadium, Orlando. 7 p.m. Tickets start at $20. More info.

Saturday, Sept. 17: Pernil in the Park - Pig Roast Competition at Kissimmee Lakefront Park, 201 Lakeview Drive, Kissimmee. 11 a.m. 1st annual pig roast competition in festival. Free. Live entertainment, food vendors, domino tournament a kids area and more. Best Pig Roast will win $1,500 cash prize and the coveted title of "Best Pig Roast in Central Florida" for a year. Saturday, Wine & Food Walk in Downtown Daytona Beach, check-in at Cinematique, 242 South Beach Street. 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sample wine and tapas while strolling through Riverfront Shops along Halifax River. Live music, giveaways and a special gift for the first 100 ticketed guests. Must be 21 years or older. $20. Rain or shine. More info.
