ORLANDO, Fla. – Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts announced Monday that the first two major performances in 2017 will be comedian Billy Crystal and singer Norah Jones.
Crystal, is an Emmy and Tony award-winning comedian, as well as an actor, producer, director and writer. He will perform at Dr. Phillips Center's Walt Disney Theater stage on Feb.1, 2017 as part of the "Spend the Night with Billy Crystal Tour." Tickets will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and prices start at $69.
"This show is unique. There’s stand-up, and 'sit-down,' which gives me great freedom to tell stories, show film clips and talk about my life and career and the world as I see it," Crystal said in a news release. "It’s loose, unpredictable and intimate -- the most fun I’ve had on stage in a long time."
Jones, the nine-time Grammy Award winner will grace the Bob Car Theater stage on March 8 as part of the "Day Breaks World Tour." Tickets will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and prices start at $58.75.
