LEXINGTON, Ky. - A Volusia County family had a once-in-a-lifetime experience while evacuating ahead of Hurricane Irma.

Erika and Daniel Tobin told CBS affiliate WKYT-TV that they were driving from Deltona to Ohio with their two kids when Erika suddenly went into labor.

The Tobins said they pulled into Saint Joseph East in Lexington, just as the family's truck broke down.

"The anxiety sent me into labor," Erika Tobin said. "They decided to keep me, and it was baby time."

Tobin gave birth to her third child, Olivia, at the hospital. Doctors said the baby is happy and healthy.

The family thanked the hospital staff for all their help.

"The outpouring of love and support from this community has been incredible," Daniel Tobin said. "It's breathtaking."

Baby Olivia's birth is not the only good news for the Tobins. Their neighbors told the family that their home was not significantly damaged by Hurricane Irma.
