Carfax: Half of all flood-damaged cars are resold

There are 325,510 flood-damaged cars on U.S. roads this year, according to an analysis of vehicle-history reports by Carfax. And that figure doesn't include the tens of thousands of vehicles damaged by Tropical Storm Harvey and Hurricane Irma.
