AUSTIN, Texas – Four "taco scientists" in Austin have unveiled a book called "Taco Cleanse" that champions the health benefits of an all-taco diet.
The diet calls for a 30-day diet of tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but there's a catch: the tacos have to be vegan.
The taco-cleanse book includes over 75 vegan recipes.
If you want to lose weight, you will still have to count calories, but nutritionists say it's a step in the right direction.
