Entries will be accepted from Feb. 13 through Feb. 17.

Anyone hoping to win the tickets will have to submit their name, email address, phone number and street address to be eligible.

There is a limit of one entry per email address. Any attempt to enter more than once from the same email address will be cancelled.

Winners will be notified on Feb. 20 and announced at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Feb. 21 at 9 a.m.

The Orange County Board of County Commissioners agreed to give the tickets away in an effort to provide members of the community an opportunity to attend one of the highly-publicized events which showcase the NBA, its brightest stars and the Greater Orlando area.

Jacobs is also giving away tickets to the Rising Stars Challenge on Feb. 24 to a group of teenagers from Orange County's Great Oaks Village, a residential foster care group home for children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment.

County Commissioners will be attending the Sunday NBA All-Star game to host corporate CEO's and clients of the Orange County Convention Center and Visit Orlando.
