MELBOURNE, Fla. – Police arrested a 42-year-old man they say groped a 10-year-old girl while under the influence, thinking it was his wife.
West Melbourne police officers arrested Michael J. Wyskowski on charges of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation from the 2008 incident.

Wyskowski told officers that he remembered the incident and was "drunk and high" at the time the 10-year-old victim was at his home. He said he thought he groped his wife instead.
Wyskowski was taken to the Brevard County Jail at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.
