WILDWOOD, Fla. – Twenty-seven Webster Elementary students are safe Friday night after their school bus got into an accident and caught fire earlier in the day, county officials said.
The accident happened on US-301 at SW 102nd Road in Webster. Rescue workers found a car wedged under the back of the bus, both in flames. The 27 kids on board were safely evacuated and both drivers were okay.
