Cars ignite at Ocala dealership
Dealership reopens after 6 cars catch on fire
OCALA, Fla. – A Marion County car dealership has been reopened on Friday after a fire ignited six cars in the dealership parking lot.
Ocala Fire and Rescue officials said the fire started at the Ford of Ocala dealership on NW Pine Avenue when a Ford Escape burst into flames on Thursday. The fire spread to four other trucks and another car.
Fire Rescue officials say all vehicles were at the dealership to be serviced. The Escape was there for an anti-lock brake system problem.
There were no injuries reported and it's not clear how much damage was done.
