Memorial service held for slain Winter Park teen

Family raises reward fund

OVIEDO, Fla. – A funeral was held for one of the Winter Park High School students whose bodies were found burning along a popular bike trail.

The bodies of Nicholas Presha, 16, and Jeremy Stewart, 18, were found by two bicyclists around 6:40 a.m. Sunday morning just off Cady Way Trail near Full Sail University.

Stewart's memorial service was held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Oviedo at 4 p.m. Monday.

The family of Presha and Stewart have established a memorial fund to contribute to a reward for more information in the case at United Legacy Bank, designated: Nicholas Presha/Jeremy Stewart Memorial. All fund money will be used for reward purposes.

Stewart's father, James, told Local 6 the reward money is up to $25,000, not including Crimeline's $5,000 reward.
