Zenaida Gonzalez gets access to Casey Anthony's secret location

Woman with similar name to fictitious baby sitter suing Anthony for defamation

ORLANDO, Fla. – A judge on Thursday granted the attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez, who's suing Casey Anthony for defamation, permission to obtain the address of Anthony's secret location.

Anthony's attorneys have 10 days to turn over her location, which will not be made public.

Gonzalez's attorneys want to subpoena Anthony, 26, in the civil lawsuit, which is scheduled to begin in January.

Gonzalez's attorneys want Anthony to attend the trial and plan to question her, even if she intends to plead the Fifth Amendment.

"I don't know what she's going to do, but I hope she changes her mind and I get to ask her some questions," said Gonzalez's attorney Keith Mitnik. "But if she doesn't, she can come in there and we're going to have her take the 5th, providing the judge allows it, take the stand and take the 5th in front of those jurors."

"At the very least, she can take a few days out of her time and sit in that courtroom and see the fallout of what happened.

Anthony's attorney, Charles Greene, maintains that Gonzalez doesn't have grounds for the defamation trial.

"This plaintiff is not her, will the real ZFG please stand up, because I can't find her," Greene said. "We should really be more worried about her (the real ZFG) showing up in this case instead of some plaintiff pretending to be her."

Anthony, who was found not guilty of murder last summer in the death of her daughter, Caylee, told authorities that Caylee had been kidnapped by a baby sitter who had a similar name to Gonzalez.  During Anthony's murder trial, however, her defense team said Caylee had drowned in the family swimming pool.

Anthony, who's on probation on unrelated check fraud charges, has been hiding in an undisclosed Florida location since being released from jail in July.

Anthony's defense team says Gonzalez is using the lawsuit as a publicity stunt.

"She's enjoying her 15 minutes of infamy-and she'll get more if Casey Anthony is there so she can get herself on TV," Greene said. "Because everybody knows it'll be a lot more interesting with Casey there."
