More exercise may lead to higher paychecks

New study from Cleveland State University

ORLANDO, Fla. – Not only does working out help you lose weight and stay healthy, it can also make you earn more money.

That's according to doctors at Cleveland State University.

Their study finds that people who exercise regularly earn, on average, 9 percent more than those who don't exercise several times a week.

Researchers say working out teaches you discipline and focus, which can give you extra motivation at work.

That, in turn, may lead to promotions.

Doctors also say that exercise improves your energy level and memory.
