MELBOURNE BEACH, Fla. – Melbourne Beach police arrested a man they say was found naked in a pool with a young girl by his nurse and tried to force himself on the nurse.
Juergen Heinricher, 31, has been charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a girl less than 16 years old, false imprisonment and battery on a health care official.

Police said Heinricher was exposing himself to a young girl in a pool at a home on Ash Avenue on Saturday when his nurse arrived to treat him. Heinricher then grabbed the nurse and tried to force himself on her. Police said when the nurse tried to escape, Heinricher locked the door and refused to let her out.
It's not clear what Heinricher was being treated for. He is being held at Brevard County Jail with no bond.
