50,000 Honda Civics recalled

Cars may suddenly roll away -- even in park

ORLANDO, Fla. – Honda is recalling more than 50,000 2012 Civics because they can suddenly roll away, even if they're in park.

The automaker says there's a problem with the car's drive shaft, which may not be properly installed.

Honda says the drive shaft could detach without warning, causing your car to roll away if the parking brake isn't on.

So far, there have been no accidents or injuries related to the problem.

The automaker says it will fix the issue for free.
