ORLANDO, Fla. – A 52-year-old motorcyclist was killed early Thursday when he struck a median on an Orlando roadway and crashed, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The Clermont man, whose name has not been released, crashed around 12:30 a.m. on Turkey Lake Road near State Road 482.

According to the FHP, a 2007 Honda motorcycle was traveling south in the left lane when the driver drifted into the right lane for an unknown reason and struck a raised concrete median.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected in the crash, troopers said.
He was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, troopers said.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to the FHP.
