Tour professionals to honor Arnold Palmer

Hospital to be represented on golf bags during invitational

The president of Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children announced a group of current tour professionals will showcase the hospital on their golf bags at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Hospital President John Bozard said on Friday that D.A. Points, Brian Gay and Brian Davis will have the hospital on their tour bags for the invitational March 18-24.

"What we really want is for people all over the country to really know how wonderful of a place this is and what a wonderful person Mr. Palmer is off the course," said Points. "We thought if we can bring attention by putting a logo on our bags to say ‘hey you know we really believe and support the Arnold Palmer Hospital,' other people may go, ‘wow this must be a really great place. We have need to look into this and support it as well.'"

The hospital also debuted a traveling signature wall dedicated to Palmer. It will be on display in several location around Central Florida leading up to the invitational.
