Man sought in Orlando convenience store robbery

ORLANDO, Fla. – Authorities are searching for the man they say robbed an Orlando convenience store.

Orlando police said the man went into the Tip Top Grocery Store Sunday morning at 10:30 on South Parramore Avenue, took a gun out of his pocket and robbed the store for an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man then ran away, police said. The culprit was described by police as a medium-toned black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches, 160 pounds and 16-18 years of age.  He was wearing a red and white checkered short sleeve button-up shirt, dark jeans, white tennis shoes, a skull cap and a backpack, police said.
