Orlando woman who suffers from Alzheimer's sought

Dorothy McQueen last seen leaving home on Vanguard Street

ORLANDO, Fla. – Deputies are looking for a missing 79-year-old Orlando woman they say suffers from Alzheimer's.

Dorothy McQueen was last seen at 4 p.m. Wednesday leaving her home on Vanguard Street.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said McQueen was driving a silver 2005 Hyundai with Florida license plate tag J22-1WE.

Deputies said there is a concern for McQueen's well-being as she suffers from Alzheimer's and will not be able to find her way home.

McQueen was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red, black and white jacket. She was described by deputies as a black 79-year-old woman who is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 90 pounds and has brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair.
