According to the UCF Alumni Association, Bubbalou's Bar-B-Que on Challenger Parkway is hosting a party with $2 draft specials, $6 drink specials and a full regular menu.
Culpepper's is hosting a "UCFiesta Bowl Watch Party Presented by Corona" with specials 5 for $12 buckets of Corona, $3 "Loaded Corona's" when UCF scores and a $5 Game Day menu.
Frogger's in Oviedo is hosting a party with buy one get one free on all burgers and baskets, $10 domestic beer buckets and $2 UCF named shots. A pregame tailgate party will also feature cornhole and pong.
Official kickoff is 6:30 p.m. MST on January 1.
