Man arrested in Orlando Jimmy John's robbery

Police say more charges are pending

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police have arrested the man they say they believe is responsible for a string of Jimmy John's robberies in the last month.

Perry Lonese Stanley, 37, was arrested Friday and charged with robbery with a firearm and contempt of court.

The most recent robbery was reported Dec. 29 at an Orlando store where he held the clerk at gunpoint and took money from the register before running out of the back of the store.

Stanley was booked into Orange County jail on a no-bond status and more charges are pending.
