The Volusia County Sheriff's Department said it was responding to an anonymous complaint. When deputies arrived on the property, they saw Lewandowski walk out of the camper with a duffel bag full of bottles, liquids and tubing that are commonly associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine.

The deputy then knocked on the camper door after hearing commotion inside and smelling a strong chemical odor.

Authorities said they found an active cook happening in the camper and safely dismantled all equipment.

The four arrested were booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach.
