The fire began around 1 p.m. at Everett's Truck Rental and Sales in the 2100 block of South Orange Blossom Trail near Americana Boulevard in Orlando, prompting a closure of OBT from Kaley Avenue to 25th Street.  Firefighters extinguished the blaze about two hours later.

Local 6 reporter Erik Sandoval said a large pile of tires and a trailer were ablaze and an explosion was heard.

"Crews on scene of fire at Body Shop.  PIO will update as details become available," Orange County Fire Rescue tweeted.

Smoke from the fire could be seen miles away.
