Judge: Casey Anthony doesn't have to answer questions about Caylee

Anthony can't be asked about her daughter in defamation case, judge says

TAMPA, Fla. – A judge has ruled on Tuesday that Casey Anthony cannot be asked in her defamation case questions about the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee, or what happened to her.

Anthony is being sued by Zenaida Gonzalez, who says she was defamed when Anthony claimed a woman with the same name kidnapped Caylee Anthony.

Anthony was originally deposed in January, but refused to answer questions about Caylee.

The judge also said on Tuesday that Anthony must answer any questions relating to the defamation lawsuit and that she can't pick or choose which questions she answers when she is put under oath.

Anthony was acquitted of killing her daughter in July 2011.
