Orange County deputies search pond in triple homicide case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County deputies are draining a retention pond near the scene of a triple homicide on Thursday as the search continues for the person of interest in the case.

The scene is being investigated near Curry Ford Road on Thursday afternoon.

Deputies are still searching for Leonard Lewis, 47, the ex-boyfriend of one of the victims.

The bodies of Richard Button, 65; Todd Lemme, 57; and Deborah Watson, 54; were found in the shed in the woods near Curry Ford Road and Excalibur Court last week.

The other person of interest, David Emmons, 60, was cleared after questioning, but deputies said he remains an essential part of the investigation.
