OCALA, Fla. – An Ocala man was arrested on Friday after Marion County deputies say they caught him in a parking lot before he had sex with a 15-year-old he met online.
Dyane R. Ramkelawan, 27, has been charged with obscene communication after traveling to meet using a computer to lure a child and possession of marijuana.

Deputies said they spotted Ramkelawan's black SUV parked in the back of the Rainbow Lakes Estates Community Center in Dunnellon late Friday night.
According to the report, when they approached Ramkelawan and the 15-year-old victim, Ramkelawan stated they were about to have sex and that he had marijuana inside of the SUV.
Ramkelawan said he met the victim on a social media website and they agreed to meet each other to have sex, deputies said.
Detectives are investigating Ramkelawan's contact with children and are asking for anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers of Marion County at 352-368-7867.
