"Witnesses are telling us they forcibly took her from the residence, put her in the car and took her away," Sgt. Jay Farhat said. "Based on that information, we have to assume the worst."

Police said at about 3 p.m. that Foudray had been found on Kings Road by an observant officer.

Police described the possible suspect as Ja'Kari Clark, also known as "Kari." They said he was driving a gray or sliver four-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord. The license plate is unknown. Police said a second woman was already in the car at the time.

Farhat said the two had some sort of relationship, but didn't know any details. Channel 4 learned that both Foudray and Clark have prior arrests.

Clark is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 160 pounds.

Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 904-630-0500
