Man who robbed TD Bank in Longwood sought

Seminole County sheriff's deputies say man presented note demanding cash

LONGWOOD, Fla. – Deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a man they say robbed a bank in Longwood.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office said the robbery took place before 5 p.m. at the TD Bank at 2675 West S.R. 434.

Deputies said the man entered the bank and presented a note demanding cash from the teller. The man did not imply or display a weapon.

The teller complied with the robber's demand and handed him an undisclosed amount of cash, authorities said.

The man then fled the scene on foot.

Deputies described the robber as a white man in his mid-40s to early 50s who is bald, has a medium build and is 6 feet 1 inches tall. He was wearing khaki pants, a light blue button-down shirt, a dark-colored sports jacket and glasses.
