According to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, Stubbs was driving 61 mph in a 45 mph zone on Snow Hill Road near Maple Tree Lane.  A deputy pulled her over for speeding and said he could smell alcohol on her breath.

A child, whose age was not released, was in a car seat in the back of the car, and a six-pack of Miller Lite was also in the vehicle, deputies said.  There were four beers in the six-pack, one of which was opened, deputies said.

Stubbs said she had had a couple of drinks earlier in the night but refused to talk about it in detail, said the deputy, who added that she also refused a standardized field sobriety test and to provide a breath sample.

Stubbs was arrested and taken to jail.

It's not known who was given custody of the child.
