TITUSVILLE, Fla. â Titusville police say they arrested a man who sexually battered a child.
Police responded to the allegation that involved a child less than 12 years old.

Police arrested 22-year old Devin Okeefe and charged him with sexual battery on a child under the age of 12, which is a capital felony.
Okeefe was taken to the Brevard County Jail but police said they were not releasing any details as their investigation continues.
