About 200 cars lined the street outside the home, which was under construction, when officers arrived, according to officials.

"There were just kids coming in packs of 10, 20 ... (there was) literally no room to walk in the house," a witness said.  "Everything is completely trashed -- broken windows, stair railings are broken."

The party became so big, it was trending on Twitter.

Investigators said they're looking into whether the homeowner or her teen son may face criminal charges.
