PALM COAST, Fla. – Five teens were arrested Monday in Palm Coast on allegations of breaking into a middle school and stealing money, snacks and basketballs.
The arrests were made in connection with a May 3 burglary at Indian Trails Middle School.

According to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, the teens, 15 to 17 years old, were captured on the school's video surveillance cameras, forcing open doors to classrooms and a laundry room. The teens also vandalized a bathroom before they made off with money, snacks and two basketballs, deputies said.
Five of the seven teens were arrested on felony charges of criminal mischief, burglary and petit theft.
"Two of the 15-year-olds involved in this incident ... were arrested in connection to the pizza delivery driver robbery at the end of March," said Flagler County Sheriff James L. Manfre.
Four of the five teens were released to their parents after they were booked into the Flagler County Inmate Facility. One was taken to the Division of Youth Services in Daytona Beach.
"Charges have been submitted to the state attorney's office for the two remaining (teens)," said Corporal Don Apperson with the FCSO School Resource Unit.
