Blount says the student handed out both prescription and other medication to several students.

The school says most of the pills were thrown away and there were no serious injuries.

Blount says the student who handed out the medications was disciplined. Police tell Local 6 there was no crime committed and the student will not face any charges.

The school says any concerned parent can call for more information.
