According to the report, the teen said she met Hall when she was 8 years old while he played the drums for her youth choir. They began talking more in January 2014 through Twitter, deputies said.

Deputies said the teen and Hall kissed for the first time while at choir practice in April behind a curtain at the church.

She told police on May 19 her relationship with Hall became more physical earlier this month when he fondled her, according to the report.

Deputies said the victim also received an inappropriate video from Hall.

Hall first didn't deny the inappropriate contact to deputies but later in the conversation said the fondling never happened.

Deputies didn't specify which church Hall attended.

He was taken to Brevard County jail on Thursday night.
