ORLANDO, Fla. – A 34-year-old man was killed and a 35-year-old woman was critically injured late Monday when an SUV crashed into their motorcycle in Orlando, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Garvey Dean Fowler, of Apopka, died in the crash, which occurred around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Apopka Vineland Road and Juneau Drive, the FHP said.

Laura L. Brugonone, of Apopka, was listed in critical condition at Dr. Phillips Hospital, troopers said.
According to the FHP, Walter W. Guilbeault, 65, of Orlando, turned into the path of Fowler's motorcycle, striking the left side of the bike. Troopers said Fowler and Brugonone were ejected in the crash.
Fowler was pronounced dead at Dr. Phillips Hospital.
This crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
