PALM BAY, Fla. – More charges have been filed in the case of a sexual predator accused of touching girls inappropriately at a Walmart, according to Palm Bay police.

On Wednesday, a 15-year-old girl was brought to the station by her mother, who said she recognized Mitchell's picture in media coverage and that he grabbed her daughter twice at the same Walmart on the same day as the previous victim, police said.

According to the report, the 15-year-old was shopping with her mother when Mitchell grabbed her buttocks through her clothing and said "excuse me." She told her mother about the incident and identified Mitchell as the suspect in a photo lineup, police said.

Mitchell will be charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation in the new case.

Mitchell spent the last 20 years in and out of prison for sexually assaulting children and he's listed as a sexual predator on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Sex Offender Database. He left prison a year ago after spending just 3 years behind bars of an 11-year sentence.
