KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Osceola County sheriff's deputies continue to search for a man who reached out of a moving vehicle, snatched a woman's purse and drove off.
The theft occurred Thursday at The Loop shopping plaza in Kissimmee, and a composite sketch of the assailant was released on Monday.
According to deputies, a woman was walking to her car when the man, who was in a sport utility vehicle, stole her purse.
The culprit was described as being in his 20s with dreadlocks, and he was wearing dark clothing.
