SunRail agents no longer at Central Florida stations

Agents were helping passengers with ticket, route concerns

ORLANDO, Fla. – Agents won't be stationed at any of the Central Florida SunRail stations as of Friday, according to officials.

The SunRail agents were on-hand since service started in May helping passengers with ticket and route concerns.

Platforms will now be unmanned and the ambassadors' last day was Friday.
