ORLANDO, Fla. – A man in a wheelchair was beaten and robbed by a teen in Orlando after refusing to buy some marijuana, according to police.

According to an Orlando police report, an officer left the Parramore Bike Office on Church Street early Thursday when he heard a man calling for help.
