ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orange County mother accused of killing her daughter entered a not guilty plea from jail.
Maryanne Schwartz told investigators in June that her 3-year-old daughter was hit by a car. However, medical examiners determined that the little girl's injuries did not match Schwart'z story.
At Tuesday's arraignment, Schwartz entered her plea in writing.
