ORMOND BEACH, Fla. – A 26-year-old woman was arrested in Ormond Beach on allegations that she pulled a gun on a lawn worker because he was making too much noise.
Gina Briggs was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to Ormond Beach police, Briggs became angry when a worker was using a blower to remove grass clippings from a sidewalk near her apartment.
Briggs confronted the worker and pointed a pistol in his face, police said.
No one was injured.
Briggs was arrested and taken to the Volusia County Jail.
